There is a trick to stop your computer from downloading this spam mail.

The trick is: Go to your providers website G1HiSpeed or MNSI.net or Sympatico.ca look up web mail.

All the email you have not down loaded will be there. Choose what you wish to delete.

VISTA!

Vista keeps dropping the connection. Why? probably the power saving features in Vista. To turn it off, do this:
Turn off the power-saving option in the network adapter's properties:
1. Open Network Connections by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Network and Internet, clicking Network and Sharing Center, and then clicking Manage network connections.
2. Right-click the connection, and then click Properties. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
3. On the Networking tab, click Configure.
4. On the Power Management tab, clear the Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power check box, and then click OK.

Computer Gurus

Download an ISO of Dam Small Linux. Burn it to a disk, or raw write it to a flash drive.
A pentium 1 with 128 megs of ram will run this like a dream.
Do whatever surfing or info gathering you have to do. Pull the CD or flash drive, reboot the machine and there will be no tracks on the machine that you were ever there.
It is the quickest cleanest way to get information with out any virus risk or damage to the local machine. Because in reality the RAM is the machine and everything in it dies on the reboot.
